Can I list cash?

Yes. A cash goal — toward the honeymoon, the house, a savings buffer — is a perfectly normal line item. Frame it as a specific goal and most guests prefer it to guessing at gifts.

Do I need to thank every contributor?

Yes, but it doesn't need to be a handwritten letter. A short message — by text, voice note, or DM — within a couple of weeks is enough.

Can I keep the registry open after the wedding?

You can. Many couples leave it live for a few weeks so far-flung guests who couldn't attend can still contribute. Close it whenever feels right.
